Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Guide

A comprehensive guide to getting nominated by a Canadian province.

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who want to settle in their region. A nomination adds 600 CRS points under Express Entry, virtually guaranteeing an invitation.

Each province has different streams tailored to local labor market needs. This guide helps you understand which province and stream might be right for you.

How PNP Works

There are two main types of PNP:

  • Enhanced PNP (linked to Express Entry) — adds 600 CRS points to your profile
  • Base PNP (paper-based) — a separate application process outside Express Entry
  • Most provinces have multiple streams targeting different worker categories
  • Some streams require a job offer, others don't

Popular Provincial Streams

Key options include:

  • Ontario (OINP) — Human Capital Priorities, Tech Draw, French-Speaking Skilled Worker
  • British Columbia (BC PNP) — Tech, Healthcare, and Skilled Worker streams
  • Alberta (AINP) — Alberta Express Entry, Alberta Opportunity Stream
  • Saskatchewan (SINP) — International Skilled Worker, Occupation In-Demand
  • Manitoba (MPNP) — Skilled Worker Overseas, Skilled Worker in Manitoba
  • Atlantic Immigration Program — employer-driven, fast processing

Our PNP Strategy

We help you through:

  • Complete profile analysis to match you with the best province and stream
